A requirement of this product is that you have already done a guide inventory with me. This is because it helps for me to have already met and connected with them so I know who I'm working with.
 
If you'd like to work directly with your spirit team, I recommend using a pendulum. You can use any yes/no divination tool for yes/no questions. If you'd like to get more detailed answers, you can try using a pendulum with an alphabet mat.

I've found that this needs some teaching and calibration to connect and then also assert authority so stranger beings don't butt in.
